Has recess been cut back or eliminated in your district?

For the past two years, Washington State PTA members have voted at our annual Legislative Assembly to support legislation that would require districts to create policies which include mandatory recess breaks for kids. 

There is a piece of legislation being developed to address this issue.  We need your help now to convince legislators that this truly is a statewide issue that parents care about. 

Please email me your local stories by Sunday January 20, so that I can compile them for those working on this legislation.
