Twice
a year (Jan. & July)
an audit of the
PTSA
financial records is conducted. This process ensures that the Executive
Committee
administered
PTSA
funds properly and in the best interest of the membership, and used the rules
set forth by money matters. The audit committee must consist of no less than
two PTSA
members whom are not currently on the Executive Committee.
Responsibilities:
The audit process involves following a checklist provided by the National PTA.
