The annual dance is always a favorite for the kids as well as adults!  At the Fall Dance you will also have an opportunity to participate in an Auction.  Maybe you want the “coveted” parking space, or be able to sit in the front row at our various Music Programs, or wish your youngster a Happy Birthday on our Marquee sign!  Whatever you like, come bid and support the PTSA

Responsibilities:  The Committee Chair schedules the dances in the Fall and/or in the Spring.  The Chair hires a D.J. for the dance, arranges the dinner (if desired), and schedules a team of volunteers to help set-up, serve and clean-up.  The Chair purchases food & drinks and arranges for a BBQ and food service person from the district if needed.  The Silent Auction is coordinated by the Fundraising Team.

Volunteers needed: 6-8
Time Commitment: 2-3 hours day of event
