This committee works with Carriage Crest to strengthen our emergency preparedness for major, regional disasters such as an earthquake.  To do this, we are focused on:

 ·                     Strengthening our school's emergency supplies.
 ·                     Improving the training of those who might help the school with its response.
 ·                     Increase awareness and preparedness among our families.

Responsibilities:  Committee Chair will collect donations and purchase emergency supplies, encourage parent participation in the CERT program and help increase disaster awareness. 

Volunteers needed: 3 or more
Time Commitment: 4-5 hours per month (mostly in Fall)
