Each year
Carriage Crest PTSA
asks families to support fundraising efforts to provide a large variety of
programs and projects that benefit the students at
Carriage Crest.
Planned for this year is
a Wrapping Paper Sale, which will kick off in September.
We also have a Walk-a-thon in May in
conjunction with our Health and Wellness program at Carriage Crest. As
each fundraiser requires more than just the hands of our Co-VP’s to organize,
please consider being on the fundraising team.
Our fantastic
PTSA
programs and events would not be possible without fundraising, so we thank you
for your participation!
Responsibilities Wrapping Paper Sale (held in
the Fall) Volunteers needed to
help copy and distribute promotional materials, create displays, check orders at
end of the sale and then sort and distribute products to classrooms when orders
are delivered to the school. We need at least 8 volunteers with various time
commitment depending on the task (about 2 hours).
Responsibilities Walk-A-Thon (held during
school in Spring):
Volunteers are needed to distribute promotional materials and Walk-a-Thon pledge
forms. Most volunteer assistance (about 20) is needed on day of event, with a
time commitment of 2-4 hours on day of event
